The RV Dealers Association (RVDA) has recently announced the recipients of the 2025 Quality Circle Awards, and Jayco has come out on top yet again. The company received recognition across all of its brands, from both motorized and towable recreational vehicles.

How The Quality Circle Awards Are Decided

The RV Dealers Association uses the Dealer Satisfaction Index Survey (DSI) to determine customer satisfaction among dealers and various products. The survey specifically examines reliability and quality, parts, sales, and vehicle warranty. The different Jayco brands took home top honors, which demonstrates not only the excellence of the products but also the level of quality and satisfaction that customers have come to expect from the brand.

A Word from Jayco

“We continue to raise the bar in all areas of quality,” said Ken Walters, President & CEO of the Jayco Family of Companies. “We are careful to not get complacent and are continually measuring our performance and making improvements all along the way. We would once again like to thank our dealer partners for honoring us with the Quality Circle Awards for all of our brands.”

A Special 40 Under 40 Award

The RVDA also recognized Austin Miller, Vice President of Manufacturing, Motorized, with the sixth annual RV Pro 40 Under 40 Award. This award is presented to the next set of RV industry leaders who are under 40 years old. Each person has been carefully selected because of their leadership within their company, industry, and community. Each winner is nominated by their members of the industry.

What Jayco Said About Austin Miller

Mr. Walters said of Austin Miller, “Austin is a young, but highly experienced, significant leader within our organization. At Jayco, we say that Our Product is Our People, and he understands that expectation to further Jayco’s unmatched culture throughout his teams.”
