Why Choose an RVTI-Trained Technician?

Here at Valley RV Supercenter in Kent, Washington, we know that your RV is more than just a vehicle—it's your home away from home, your vacation headquarters, and your ticket to adventure. That's why it deserves expert care from a technician you can trust.
As RVTI-trained technicians, our team members have completed industry-recognized training through the RV Technical Institute (RVTI), giving them the knowledge and hands-on experience to properly diagnose, repair, and maintain today's complex RV systems. From electrical and plumbing to air conditioning, appliances, slide-outs, and more, you can feel confident that your RV is in capable hands.

Training That Builds Technical Expertise
Valley RV Supercenter trains technicians starting from Level 1 all the way up to Level 4 Master Technicians.
Level 1 - Certified Technician
Level 1 technicians learn and demonstrate knowledge of propane, electrical, plumbing, appliance, body, generator, and chassis systems, preparing them to verify that an RV’s components operate properly.

Level 2 - Diagnostic Certification
Level 2 technicians build on that foundation with the skills needed to perform basic diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs across an RV’s major systems and components.

Level 3 - Certified Specialist
Level 3 technicians pursue advanced training in one or more specialty areas, including electrical systems, chassis components, electronics, appliances, and slide-outs.

Level 4 Master Technician
Level 4 Master Technicians have completed all five designated specialty areas and demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing the major systems found throughout an RV.
This step-by-step path helps technicians strengthen foundational knowledge, advance their diagnostic skills, and develop deeper expertise in key RV systems. It also reflects Valley RV Supercenter’s investment in the people responsible for caring for your RV.
