I went in hoping for a miracle and got one! Tim Griswold is a fantastic service advisor, he gets it done! Although Tom VanBell is the tech that knows trailers, sees a problem and fixes it!!! 100% happy and highly recommend Valley RV Supercenter.

Ray G was amazing! He took the time to walk with my husband and I, and was so patient with my mobility and communication challenges. He still reaches out, just to check on us and keep in touch. When finances are straightened we will definitely be getting ahold of him! Thanks Ray!!

We had been looking for used travel trailers for a couple of months, decided to go down to the Seattle RV show to see the prices of new ones. Ended up running into Nate from Valley RV. Super nice, knowledgeable, and friendly guy! Was able to get a great deal on a new trailer. I highly recommend coming here! Ask for Nate you won't be disappointed.

We had a great experience with Nate at Valley RV. He was a pleasure to work with, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to show us everything that we wanted to see and inform us about features, function, pros, and cons, and was really ready to offer us a deal. Although we didn’t end up purchasing with Nate or Valley only due to inventory and the specific model that we decided upon, we would work with Nate and Valley again anytime.

Worked with Nate in Sales and he was very honest and straight forward. Very knowledgeable about the Jayco trailers we were interested in and helped us with our decision. I would definitely work with him again! Also, it is not a gimmick, they DO NOT charge for the Predelivery Inspection, PDI, like a number of other dealers charge a couple grand for.

We recently bought a travel trailer from Valley RV supercenter. It was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone. Jared and Travis were super helpful and made it a really easy process. Scott was awesome as well, he was really patient with us and answered all of our questions during the walk thru. A+ experience through and through.

Great experience! Jerad made the process really smooth and even helped us with the pros and cons we had. He seemed like a friend more than a salesman which definitely eased the pressure of making a large purchase. The financing was smooth as well. Would recommend to any friend or family member.
